Aluminum
Jet Boat
This project involved fabricating the aluminum jet boat shown below, using a Jetstream Buccaneer 12' kit. While no design was required, the boat was fully TIG welded and reinforced with every possible modification to ensure exceptional strength and durability.
Aluminum Rack, Ladder, Steps
This project involved fabricating and mounting a roof rack, ladder, and side steps designed to handle thousands of pounds. Built as a prototype, it was crafted for durability and functionality, all while maintaining a sleek, high-quality look. I’m also considering adding similar designs to our online store in the future.
Pontoon Boat Wake Tower
This project involved designing a wake tower that would integrate seamlessly with the existing pontoon boat and its structure. After finalizing the design, we fabricated and installed the tower, ensuring it was ready for the customer to use immediately.
F350 Steel Flat Deck
This project was for a local contractor involved creating a 3D design to finalize the deck layout, followed by complete fabrication to fit the specific truck. The flat deck included a hidden gooseneck hitch and fuel/DEF fill location for added convenience and functionality.
Ranger Frame Reinforcements, Rear Bumper
This project included reinforcing the rear frame to support a durable rear bumper. The reinforcements improved the truck's stability and overall structure, ensuring it could handle demanding conditions while keeping the bumper secure.
S10 Front Bumper
This project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom front tube bumper for an S10. The goal was to create a functional, durable bumper while keeping it close to the body to discreetly hide the winch. The result is a sleek, integrated look that blends seamlessly with the vehicle's design while offering rugged performance.
